SKT and HIK to Execute a Collaborative Project Agreement
for Enhancing the Korean Mobile 3D Game Market

SK Telecom (Headquarters: Seoul, Korea; CEO: Shin Bae Kim hereinafter "SKT") and HI KOREA & CO. (Headquarters: Seoul, Korea; CEO: Tatsuya Fujisawa hereinafter "HIK"), a wholly owned regional subsidiary of HI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Meguro-Ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuo Kawabata hereinafter "HI") announced today that they have executed a project agreement to jointly promote publishing and marketing to enrich the Korean mobile 3D game market.

This collaborative project is established with the aim of selecting and attracting content suitable for Korean market needs, including the objective preliminary review of content by evaluation organizations and technical / marketing support.
In addition, attracting famous Japanese content titles serially is concretely planned through this project, and SKT and HIK have an investment plan for encouraging Japanese game companies to publish their successful game titles in Korea.

At the execution of this agreement, a spokesperson for SKT remarked, "We are thrilled to be able to contribute to the growth of the Korean game market through this project. We also appreciate the cooperation of Japanese game developers."

"We are very pleased to be able to cooperate in the overseas deployment of Japanese 3D games with strong on-site support," said Tatsuya Fujisawa, HIK's CEO. "We expect that this project will further promote the use of MascotCapsule® in the Korean market and will be a model case for creating and developing the market of MascotCapsule based 3D games overseas."

SKT and HIK expect that this project will strongly enhance the mobile 3D game market activation in Korea and will lead to increased profits in the future.
