HI and Bandai Networks Supply New 3D Wireless Games for Vodafone live!

HI CORPORATION and Bandai Networks to provide the first 3D mobile content on Vodafone live!

Bandai Networks Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Satoshi Oshita; hereafter Bandai Networks) and HI CORPORATION (Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kazuo Kawabata; hereafter HI) announced today that the companies will supply three 3D games to Vodafone Group (hereafter Vodafone) for its consumer service, Vodafone live!, with distribution beginning at the end of April. The three titles are, "3D Darts", "3D Bass Fishing", and "3D Boxing", Java games that are already popular in Japan. These games will be the first 3D mobile games on Vodafone live! and the first of their kind in Europe.
Vodafone live! launched in Europe in October 2002 and brings together the best in technology, games, ringtones and information. Using Vodafone's unique interface, customers can access the range of services simply at the touch of a single button. In the Games Arcade section of Vodafone live!, users can download games.
Details on "3D Darts", "3D Bass Fishing" and "3D Boxing" follow below. These 3D games will be the first 3D games available in Europe, provided by HI and Bandai Networks through Bandai S.A. and Bandai Networks for Vodafone Live!
